YOUR ROLE AS TECHNICAL RECRUITER AT 0x

As a Technical Recruiter at 0x, you'll play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and engaging candidates. You'll operate with ownership over projects and decisions, and should also feel comfortable working within the constraints of a well-defined spec. You'll be the second member of the Recruiting team at 0x, which is committed to creating an experience for candidates that's fair, delightful, rigorous, and in interviews, emulative of real-world work.

Although your primary focus will be on Engineering / technical roles, you're also get exposure to recruiting for positions across other functions.

Being a Technical Recruiter at 0x, then, requires an insatiable thirst for learning new things, a healthy dose of creativity, a sharp eye for talent rooted in a real understanding of tech, and a genuine interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain. (It's okay if you don't know it all about the space [that's pretty much impossible :)], but deep curiosity is important to us.) We're excited about what we're bringing to the world, and we care about demonstrating this to the people we're inviting to join us in our mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Form healthy relationships with internal stakeholders at 0x across Recruiting, Engineering, Product, Ops, and Leadership
  • Create and maintain a high-quality pipeline of referrals and passive candidates for various roles
  • Identify, evaluate, and engage talent for the 0x core team, building meaningful (often long-term) relationships
  • Connect with candidates to learn about their needs, educate them about 0x, and guide them through our interview process
  • Provide an exceptional experience for candidates through consistently thoughtful interactions and reasonable turnaround times
  • Maintain strong data integrity within our ATS (Greenhouse) for analytics purposes


REQUIRED

  • 5+ years of Technical Recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
  • Ability to source and close your own candidates
  • Exceptional writing, active listening, and conversational skills
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and empathy
  • High-level understanding of how various types of technologies function and work together
  • Genuine interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain tech
  • Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills

PREFERRED

  • Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain tech / the overall blockchain landscape

  • The base salary range for this position is USD $120,000 - $180,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
