Responsibilities: Responsibilities: - Accurately enters, processes, and reconciles client transactions for more complex clients, while demonstrating keen ability to recognize errors and discrepancies. - Prepare complex documents and reports to meet clients’ needs and in accordance with firm and professional standards as directed by engagement leaders. - Provides technical support to leadership and/or clients. - Actively participate in on-boarding of new clients - Further develop technical competency according to applicable guidelines/regulations and with various software systems to provide the services - Responds to client and firm associate requests in a timely, accurate, positive, and professional manner. - Communicates proactively with other firm associates regarding open items, problems, or other important matters. - Ensures strict adherence to prescribed policies, time budgets, and deadlines, and provides guidance to team members in managing and meeting these requirements. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent. - 3+ years of SNF healthcare billing required. - Ability to review cash posting, a/r follow-up, rebilling, denials. - Ability to work multiple payers billing and collections: Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, Private Pay, Workers Comp. - Excels at organizing and prioritizing workload for multiple complex clients while meeting deadlines with high quality and accuracy. - Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions. - Experience with multiple EHR systems; PCC, Matrix, and/or AOD preferred.
