We are hiring immediately a highly motivated Regional Operations Leader for our Events Sector- a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

This role is a senior operations leader in North America responsible for overall customer experience and service execution within North America.  As a senior leader, you will be an active contributor to building the North American operational vision, collaborate on US and Global projects, act as a senior change agent, & lead your respective region.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive service excellence and customer experience in the region and oversee all operations across the region’s service center locations
  • Translate North American operational objectives into action and develop a business plan to achieve operational and financial targets
  • Manage Project Managers for onsite delivery, installation and PL&L
  • Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, mentoring, coaching, development, and corrective action
  • Joint P&L responsibility for your region with peer Sales Leaders
  • Work with other Regional Operations leaders and Service Center managers
  • Ensure all fleet assets, including third party purchases, are supported by standard work instructions with standard times for all planned activities, service and operations manuals, bills of materials and recommended spare holding levels
  • Develop, publish, and improve key performance indicators
  • Responsible for the serialized assets within the region
  • Drive HSE standard through high personal involvement and visibility
  • Develop strong working relationships and good communications with stakeholders

  • Travel approximately 45-50%
  • 5-7 years of operations leadership multiple service locations
  • Experience running million-dollar operations
  • Bachelor’s/Advanced degree in business or engineering or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading leaders, activity building positive engaged employees, managing in a matrix style management organization, and demonstrating financial discipline with a focus on driving profit within your assigned region
  • Demonstrated leadership skills - Including coaching and development, performance      management, setting common goals and creating a vision, leading changes, advocating Diversity and Inclusivity, managing the team’s physical safety and mental well-being
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Lean leadership with demonstrated knowledge and implementation of lean processes and tools
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
