Our Team:
As our Quality Control Specialist, you will review the Sales specialists’ work, identifying strengths and areas for improvement in their communication process with customers. Your impact will be essential to maintaining our high service standards and improving team productivity.
What You Will Do:
- Data Collection: Gather, organize, and maintain sales data from various sources, such as CRM systems, sales reports, and other relevant platforms.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. This includes assessing sales performance, pipeline data, and conversion rates.
- Data Quality Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data by implementing data validation processes and maintaining data hygiene.
- Reporting: Create and distribute regular sales performance reports and dashboards to sales teams, managers, and senior leadership, highlighting key insights and trends.
- Sales Process Optimization: Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and provide recommendations for streamlining workflows, enhancing efficiency, and increasing conversion rates.
- Sales Training and Coaching: Develop training materials and provide coaching to sales teams on the effective use of data, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Customer Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify customer segments, preferences, and behaviors that can inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales performance, optimize sales territories, and enhance customer acquisition and retention.

- 3+ years of experience in similar position;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Advanced level of spoken and written English;
- Sophisticated user of CRM systems;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to lead a team and operatively make decisions;
- Develope and introduction of quality standards for specialists of sales department.
