Job description

  • Join an integrated media company from New Zealand that has a growing team in the Philippines!
  • Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps.
  • 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, Philippines Time.
  • Salary: Php 45,000 -Php 55,000 per month.

About the Role

Reporting to a New Zealander manager, the Self-Service Media Specialist will grow digital ad revenue through a self-service platform by engaging clients and driving platform adoption. Using the CRM, you’ll manage leads, collaborate with trade marketing on automation, and ensure sales align with commercial standards in partnership with the Head of Digital Commercial Strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and re-engage past advertisers to boost sales.
  • Promote the self-service platform to new and existing clients, driving digital revenue.
  • Work with the Head of Digital Commercial Strategy to align sales with company standards and goals.
  • Demonstrate the platform to clients, ensuring clear understanding of features and functionality.
  • Provide first-level support to platform users and coordinate for issue resolution.
  • Partner with the CRM team to manage lead pipelines and ensure follow-ups are tracked.
  • Keep detailed records in HubSpot, documenting all interactions and deals accurately.
  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team on lead nurturing through automation and outbound strategies.
  • Ensure marketing materials and platform updates align with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Report on sales performance, client adoption, and platform usage to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and client needs, sharing insights with Product Managers and Ad Operations.
 

Experience & Software

  • 2-3+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in media, advertising, or a SaaS platform environment in a Western Environment.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and contributing to team success.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising solutions, self-service platforms, and industry trends.
  • Ability to demo platforms confidently to clients with varying levels of digital expertise.
  • Strong experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) to manage leads and customer data.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product benefits to clients and provide actionable feedback to internal teams.
