Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will be responsible for maximizing ROI, driving conversions, and increasing brand visibility through strategic PPC initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PPC strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms, aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience analysis to identify valuable targeting opportunities.
  • Create and optimize compelling ad copies and landing pages to maximize click-through rates and conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively and adjust bidding strategies to achieve optimal performance.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations.
  • Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to track key metrics, generate reports, and extract actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in PPC advertising.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure consistency and synergy across all marketing channels.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a mid - senior level PPC Strategist in the BPO industry, with a demonstrable track record of success.
  • Google Ads Certified.
  • Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles and best practices across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in using Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant campaign management platforms.
  • Expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
