What You’re Getting Yourself Into

As a Creative Strategist, you'll be in charge of crafting compelling campaigns that leave a lasting impact. From conducting thorough research and collaborating with teams to managing production and analyzing performance, you'll drive the creative strategy behind successful advertising campaigns on various paid social channels.

By fostering innovation, streamlining workflows, and staying ahead of industry trends, you'll inspire a culture of creativity and mentorship within the team.

This is a full-time contractor role.

Ad Strategy Creation

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Developing comprehensive ad strategies that encompass various platforms and media types.
  • Continuously refining strategies based on performance data and market trends.

Understanding KPIs And Performance Of The Creatives

  • Regularly reviewing campaign performance against KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Deep diving into ad performance metrics, identifying success factors and areas for improvement.
  • Leveraging analytics tools to generate actionable insights.

Competition Analysis

  • Conducting thorough analyses of competitors' advertising efforts.
  • Identifying opportunities within the market to inform strategy.

Weekly Ad Ideas Generation

  • Innovating and presenting new ad concepts every week.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends to ensure fresh and relevant content.

Team Leadership And Management

  • Directing and supporting a team comprising graphic designers, video editors and a creative agency, and coordinating and communicating briefs with creators/photographers.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and efficiency.

Problem-solving For Underperforming Ads

  • Quickly identifying underperforming ads and strategizing immediate improvements.
  • Implementing A/B testing to find effective solutions and adapt strategies accordingly.

Who You Are

  • You have previous experience working with direct-to-consumer brands in an agency or in-house, with a focus on developing effective creative strategies for driving conversion
  • You have experience in managing end-to-end creative design workflows, from idea generation, coordinating with other creatives, and analyzing the performance of them
  • You have a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and how to incorporate this data into your strategies
  • You have experience creating briefs, coming up with new ideas and innovating creatively
  • You have a portfolio to showcase your work and will be able to share it with us
  • You have an eye for detail and ensure that your work is of the highest quality
  • You are organized and can manage multiple projects at once to meet all deadlines
  • You are a self-starter and able to motivate yourself without others
  • You are interested in marketing and learning more about various aspects of digital marketing
  • You have excellent English skills (written and verbal)
