Job Description

Partner Collaboration: Identify and execute partner marketing opportunities to expand reach and generate revenue through strategic collaborations.

Campaign Development: Work with partners to design and implement joint marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and pipeline growth.

Revenue Growth: Drive co-marketing efforts, co-selling initiatives, and partner activities to meet revenue targets.

Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals, and optimize activities for better results.

Internal & External Coordination: Serve as the bridge between internal teams and external partners to streamline communication and collaboration.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance data, prepare regular reports, and identify growth opportunities for partners.

Event Management: Plan and execute events, webinars, and other lead generation initiatives, ensuring pre-event, during-event, and post-event activities are handled effectively.

Pipeline Management: Oversee and maintain a healthy flow of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

Podcast Engagement: Leverage podcasts for lead generation, tracking their conversion rates into SQLs.

Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with MQLs to improve conversion rates and support the sales pipeline.

 

Qualifications

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Hands-on experience in marketing and event management (including webinars) with a strong focus on revenue growth.

Excellent communication and writing skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Creative mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
