Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Immigration Consultant to join our team in the Dubai office. This is a permanent and full-time position which offers a fantastic opportunity to join a unique global leader and be part of an on-going success story.
About the role:
The Junior Consultant will support the team in an administrative capacity and will also be exposed to a full range of global corporate immigration work.
Key responsibilities will include:
Drafting and amending support letters for multitude of visa applications
Completing and amending on-line application forms
Assisting with new client engagements by drafting engagement letters
Setting up and updating case files on internal case management system
Scheduling visa appointments including arranging and tracking payment of application fees and liaising with third party agents via telephone and email, as required
Drafting cover letters and memos for client direct use as per strict deadlines
Data management using Excel as required by the team (tracking payments, updating spreadsheet, etc.)
Assisting with ad hoc administrative functions, as needed
Communicating with colleagues at all levels as required by business needs
Able to effectively express oneself verbally in an articulate and polished manner
Takes on additional projects as required by business needs
Follows firm procedures with respect to file maintenance, record keeping and use of case management system
Updates case management system in real time
Archives paper files consistently and regularly
About you:
Ideally you will have previous experience in an administrative or client-facing role. Oral and written fluency in English is required. Good/advanced Arabic skills would be beneficial.

Able to plan workload often with conflicting deadlines, able to meet deadlines and priorities for own work, considering delivery expectations and agreed client service standards
Proven ability to generate clear, well-organized written work and able to effectively express oneself verbally in an articulate and polished manner
Strong communication skills
Completes tasks within agreed timeframes and in line with expectations
Demonstrates proficiency in word processing, Internet, and email systems
Good customer service skills
