As Process team lead you will be responsible for the leadership, development and management of production processes in order to fulfill the production plans and to provide competitiveness, in accordance with the law, internal regulations, good practices and business objectives.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Planning and organizing the work of employees in the department.
Monitoring the accuracy of weighing and dosing of raw materials and ensuring that all materials are prepared according to specifications and recipes.
Responsibility for capacity planning and scheduling to ensure timely preparation of materials for the production unit.
Responsibility for conducting internal controls.
Ensuring that processes adhere to internal quality standards and legal regulations.
Actively participating in process optimization, including improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and safety of procedures.
Responsibility for record-keeping and traceability of materials.
Introducing new employees to work processes.
What you will bring to the role:
University degree in chemistry, pharmacy, economics or other equivalent degree.
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Minimum 3 years of working experience.
