Responsibilities
During your first few months, you’ll undergo a certified Bonita training program to ensure you’re ready to hit the ground running. Here’s a glimpse of what your responsibilities will look like:
- Lead end-to-end customer projects: You’ll manage every aspect of the project, from conception to delivery.
- Become a trusted advisor: Use your technical expertise to guide customers through each phase of their project.
- Deliver top-tier solutions: Whether on-premises or in the cloud, you’ll ensure seamless project delivery using Bonita.
- Customer education: Share your knowledge to help customers solve their business and technical challenges.
- Collaborate with diverse teams: Work closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams to ensure project success.

Who Are You?
- Experience leading customer projects in SaaS/software environments.
- A strong developping background with skills in application development in Java, API management, and CI/CD tools.
- Exceptional customer-facing skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in both French or English.
- High interest about solving customer problems through technology.

During Your Trial Period
- Comprehensive training: Get hands-on training in Bonita and our internal tools.
- Collaboration: Work alongside fellow consultants and your manager as you begin contributing to client projects.
- Process familiarization: Deliver initial projects to get comfortable with our processes and standards.
After 6 Months
- Take the lead: Begin managing consulting missions independently, delivering projects with confidence.
- Expand your expertise: Continue developing your skills in additional technical areas and use cases.
After 1 Year
- Manage more complex projects: Handle more sophisticated and high-impact projects.
- Full project leadership: Lead projects from A to Z, collaborating closely with our internal development teams.

3.Put Your Skills into Action
- Technical Case Study: Assess your coding, problem-solving, and technical architecture skills by completing a hands-on project.
- Project Leadership Role Play: Demonstrate your ability to manage real-world customer challenges, from diagnosing issues to presenting solutions.
4.Final Interview Finally, you’ll meet with Charlotte, our VP of People, to wrap up the process and answer any remaining questions. This final conversation is meant to ensure that you can fully envision yourself at Bonitasoft and that you share our ambitions.
