★ WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and Executive Team by overseeing strategic initiatives, ensuring operational alignment, and driving communication across the organization. This role requires a highly organized and strategic thinker who can manage cross-functional projects, foster growth, and serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Company Growth

  • Support the CEO and Executive Team in defining and implementing strategic and operational priorities.

  • Facilitate the development and tracking of strategic roadmaps, including the preparation and follow-up on key initiatives.

  • Coordinate with the CEO to prepare materials for investor relations and fundraising (monthly reporting, board packs, investor decks...)

  • Coordinate with external advisors and board members to leverage their expertise for strategic advantage.

  • Lead special initiatives in market analysis, team restructuring, and operational improvement projects.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

2. Executive Team Support and Performance Management

  • Act as a sparring partner to the CEO and provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.

  • Serve as a proxy for the CEO in certain decision-making processes and lead executive team meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and follow-up.

  • Organize and lead strategic seminars and executive sessions to define long-term objectives,

  • Prepare, organize and animate executive committee weekly meetings

3. Operational Excellence and Process Optimization

  • Establish and oversee operational procedures to ensure alignment across departments.

  • Monitor and track company-wide OKRs and KPIs, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

  • Manage the company’s master calendar to coordinate internal operating rhythms and align milestones with strategic commitments.

4. Project Management and Cross-Functional Initiatives

  • Lead and oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company priorities.

  • Supervise and manage transformation initiatives across various departments (e.g., tech, marketing, finance, sales, HR).

  • Develop and manage reporting mechanisms to measure project success, including setting performance objectives and milestones, ROI of product roadmap...

5. Internal and External Communication

  • Own and facilitate internal communication rituals, such as all-hands meetings, monthly digests...

  • Ensure effective bottom-up communication and feedback loops between teams and the executive level.

7. Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Conduct in-depth analysis and prepare detailed reports for the executive team to support informed decision-making.

  • Assess and report on the ROI of roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Provide 360-degree feedback on executive performance and align on areas of improvement.

★ WHO YOU ARE

You will be a great fit for the Chief of Staff role at Adikteev if you: 

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Finance, Economics or any similar related field of expertise

  • Have 4-5 years experience in a top consulting firm / investment bank

  • Demonstrate a data-driven mindset, showing ability to extensively work with numbers to build informed recommendations

  • Are a natural-born communicator capable to interact with C-Levels and Board of Directors

  • Are fluent in both French and English
