We're Hiring: Payroll Assistant Manager!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Assistant Manager for our client (a hospital network). The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, knowledge of payroll processes, and leadership abilities to support our payroll department effectively.

Location: Mandaluyong, Philippines
Work Mode: Flexible office & remote
Role: Payroll Assistant Manager

What You'll Do:
Oversee the payroll processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Manage payroll records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with HR to resolve employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
️ Implement improvements in payroll systems and processes for efficiency.
Prepare reports on payroll metrics for management review.
Train and mentor junior staff within the payroll department.
