About the Role
As the Paid User Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of our paid marketing initiatives to drive app installs and maximize ROI. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, analyze campaign performance, and leverage your expertise to optimize and scale acquisition efforts across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and Execute Paid Strategies: Design and manage paid acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and others to drive high-quality installs and subscriptions.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Monitor key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize performance and scale.
  • Creative Collaboration: Create compelling ad creatives - independently and/or with our in-house team & freelancers - crafting A/B test variations to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Channel Expansion: Identify new acquisition opportunities, test emerging platforms, and refine strategies to diversify and strengthen our paid media efforts.
  • Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and track the marketing budget effectively to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Market Research: Stay on top of trends in the weight loss and health tech industry to inform strategy and creative.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar business environment (app experience is an advantage)
  • Bachelor's Degree in a marketing, statistics or business-related field preferred
  • Great command of English, German or Russian is considered a plus

  • Deep knowledge of paid acquisition platforms, including campaign setup, tracking, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and attribution platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop and test ad concepts that resonate with the target audience
  • A love for the quick results that come from autonomous work
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • No time for needless bureaucracy and meetings that could have been emails
