Key Account Manager

As part of our continued growth in the UK, we’re seeking a Key Account Manager (IT Sales) who thrives in fostering strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

This is a remote role, requiring frequent travel within the UK to meet clients, understand their IT challenges, and present ManageEngine as the go-to solution.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management:

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients, aligning our solutions with their business objectives.
  

• Develop strategic account plans, monitor client satisfaction, and ensure long-term customer retention.
  

• Act as a dedicated point of contact for client queries and escalations, delivering exceptional service.
  

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling ManageEngine products.
  

• Conduct on-site client visits to understand their IT needs and challenges.
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions tailored to client requirements.
  

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
  

Operational Excellence:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipelines in Zoho CRM.
  

• Prepare and present regular performance reports, including sales forecasts and key account updates.
  

Requirements

Experience & Skills:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in IT management or SaaS solutions.
  

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while traveling extensively within the UK.
  

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
