This is a remote position.
Scope:
Monday to Friday during UK business hours from 8 AM to 5 PM (20 hours per week)
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms
Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the brand’s goals
Collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand brand reach
Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports
Contribute to the overall growth of the e-commerce business through social media initiatives
Work with tools like Propulse, Modash, and Trade Doubler for influencer and affiliate marketing
Responsibilities:
Create and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Develop and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all social media channels
Produce and edit engaging video content for social media posts and stories
Manage community engagement, responding to messages and comments
Work with influencers and content creators to promote the brand and products
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve performance
Collaborate with affiliate marketers to create and manage promotional campaigns
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management and content creation
Proficiency in video editing and graphic design
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique features
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and branding
Experience working with influencers and affiliate marketers
Ability to analyze social media metrics and derive actionable insights
Familiarity with email marketing campaigns and strategies
Ability to work UK business hours
