What’s in Store 

We're on the lookout for an Auto Liability AdjusterAs an Auto Liability Adjuster you will be responsible for managing auto claims related to collision, comprehensive, and property damage liability. You will work closely with our clients, manage claim diaries, issue payments, and ensure accurate and timely resolution of claims. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record of success in the insurance industry. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle daily auto liability claims, including collision, comprehensive, and property damage claims.
  • Communicate and collaborate with clients, customers, and team members to ensure claims are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate claim diaries and documentation.
  • Issue payments, letters, and other necessary correspondence.
  • Ensure timely and accurate claims resolution in accordance with company policies and client guidelines.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and results-driven work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

This role is a full-time remote position.

 

Your Expertise, Skills, and Abilities

  • 2+ years of industry experience
  • Texas All-Lines Adjuster License preferred
  • Florida and Georgia License preferred
  • Candidate will need previous experience handling Collision, Comprehensive and PD claims involving personal auto  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and other business-related software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to pass a background check
