About this Role
This role involves managing SaaS renewals, maximizing revenue opportunities, driving price adjustments, supporting sales milestones, and fostering strong client engagement through collaboration with finance and business development teams.
We are seeking an experienced and confident professional who thrives in client-facing and negotiation scenarios, operates with reliability and independence, and demonstrates a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
This position is ideal for a candidate who enjoys a blend of strategic inside-sales tasks and client engagement, values autonomy, and takes pride in delivering results without the need for constant supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Manage SaaS renewals, drive revenue growth through upselling, and handle price adjustments by proactively informing clients to support their budget planning.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure seamless alignment on pricing, invoicing, and revenue tracking / forecasting..
- Work alongside Business Development Managers (BDMs) to support sales efforts and streamline the process of closing deals.
- Provide sales assistance by coordinating activities, managing timelines, and ensuring critical milestones are met.
- Lead project management efforts for sales milestones, helping BDMs achieve targets efficiently and effectively.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular engagement, delivering a high level of service and support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Training requirement: CRM (HubSpot), internal Quality Management System, GDPR, Cyber Security
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Support, Client Management, or Project Management, ideally within the software development or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, to manage client interactions and sales renewal pipelines.
- Strong skills in spreadsheets and other office applications, with a focus on data organization and reporting.
- Familiarity with operating within a corporate quality management system and adhering to its processes and standards.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience with GLP regulations or software will be ‘a distinct advantage’
