As a Project Manager, you’ll work with a talented automotive team to develop advanced software and systems for vehicles. You’ll oversee project planning and execution, from initial testing through user acceptance, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Your role will be crucial in aligning cross-functional teams and optimizing workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement test strategies and verification plans for projects and product updates, covering all phases from initial testing to final user acceptance.
• Work closely with verification and development teams, along with other stakeholders, to coordinate planning and track project progress.
• Provide regular updates on project status and risks to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Project Manager in development projects, preferably within automotive, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
• Experience in hardware and software product development.
• Familiarity with verification and validation processes.
• Ability to travel occasionally in Southern Sweden.

Preferred Experience:

• Exceptional communication skills and a structured, organized work approach.
• Ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources.
• Strong problem-solving and team leadership capabilities.
