The Marketplaces Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving successful marketing campaigns within various retail media platforms. They leverage their expertise to build and optimize campaigns, interpret data to derive insights, and foster strong client relationships. With a keen eye on emerging trends, they continuously innovate strategies to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives. Their analytical skills, strategic approach, and commitment to results contribute to the overall success of retail media advertising efforts.
As the Marketplaces Specialist you will:
Client Interaction and Rapport Building: Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication via phone and email, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Marketing Campaign Management: Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns within various retail media ad consoles for a diverse range of eCommerce clients, driving optimal results and ROI.
Creative Problem-Solving: Proactively develop creative solutions tailored to each client's specific challenges and objectives, ensuring strategies align with their unique goals and market positioning.
Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze digital marketing analytics and data to interpret client KPIs, identify trends, and make informed recommendations to enhance campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
Campaign Optimization and Process Development: Optimize campaigns across multiple retailers such as Walmart, Instacart, and Target, while also devising processes for effective campaign launches that support clients' product catalogs.
Identifying Opportunities and Innovation: Continuously seek new marketing opportunities and innovative strategies to enhance brand awareness, optimize advertising efforts, and drive sales volume for clients.
Retail Media Expertise: Stay updated on retail media trends and innovations, becoming a subject matter expert in retail media advertising across various platforms and retailers.
Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive retail media strategies tailored to each client, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving impactful results across platforms and retailers.
Professional Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with various marketplaces such as Criteo, Walmart, Instacart, Amazon, etc., including a strong understanding of their platforms and operations.
At least 2 years of professional experience in relevant fields, demonstrating a solid foundation in digital marketing, eCommerce, or related areas.
Demonstrated expertise in project management with the ability to effectively utilize tools like Wrike, Excel, and Google Tools to streamline workflows, track progress, and drive successful project outcomes.
Proven ability to interact and engage with clients in a professional manner, with experience in client-facing roles that involve effective communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, communications, or a related field from an accredited institution.
