As a Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance processes to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and cost control. Your role involves managing budgets, leading the maintenance team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. By implementing best practices and monitoring key performance indicators, you will contribute to achieving organizational maintenance goals and fostering innovation.

Engagement details:

• Permanent position on client's payroll
• Start date - January or February
• Location - Timisoara Romania, onsite
• Full-time position
• Relocation support provided

Responsibilities:

• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance to meet targets such as MTTR and MTBF using company tools.
• Manage maintenance budgets and allocate resources effectively while optimizing spare parts stock.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Execute predictive maintenance and energy-saving practices to support operational efficiency.
• Oversee plant shutdowns, coordinate with production planning, and manage external suppliers.

Qualifications:

• A Technical University degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven involvement in machine improvement, refurbishment, upgrades, or installations.
• Strong leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance.
• Proficiency in utilizing maintenance tools and methodologies with KPI-driven approaches.
