As a Total Rewards Specialist, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate our talented workforce across 35 countries globally.

We are flexible regarding the listed locations and can support remote working. This is a 2 years fixed-term contract position, however there could be possibilities to stay with us permanently. 

Focus Areas:

  • Applying specialized total rewards knowledge to implement and optimize Total Rewards programs, processes and initiatives, and contribute towards program design.

  • Managing total rewards within a country or region by aligning local programs with overall compensation and benefits strategy.

  • Managing consultants, vendors, brokers, employees, and third parties to ensure program delivery and great value for all parties

  • Analyzing and interpreting internal and external data to make recommendations about total rewards programs. 

  • Competitive pay and benefits benchmarking, and related external market analysis work.

  • Managing compensation or benefits projects of moderate complexity. This may include acquisitions and internal org changes, for example.

  • Examining the impact of rewards on the organization and various sub-groups including executives,, and specific business segments

  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally

  • Supporting the annual and quarterly reward cycles.

  • Juggling multiple pieces of work at one time including; project and program management, presentations, internal communications, cyclical and non-cyclical activity.

Required skills and experience:

  • First-level university degree, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in compensation, benefits, Total Rewards and/or HR Operations.

  • Experienced in data analysis and using an HRIS (Workday, for example).

  • Experience of Total Rewards process and policy design and optimization.

  • Demonstrated project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.

  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Good knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and benefits.

  • Experience working with Works Councils and/or Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) would be big plus.

Personal attributes:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.

  • The ability to work well both on your own and as part of a team .

  • Solid business acumen.
