We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in Business Development and also helping with roles in tech, marketing, and finance. 

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage active and passive candidates across various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
• Conduct comprehensive market research to assess the talent landscape and build candidate pipelines
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct recruitment screens 
• Maintain candidate database via Applicant Tracking Systems
• Maintain and improve recruitment processes

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in tech companies
• Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing techniques
• Excellent English, both written and verbal 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional writing skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience with hiring for fintech/forex will be a great advantage
