Job Description

The Accounting and Finance Analyst at Argano is responsible for managing various financial activities, including financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. This role requires an understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work independently on financial tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed financial reports and analysis for management.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.

Education

MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory).

Experience

  • 2 years of experience in finance and accounting or related field.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Intermediate English Level.
  • D365 working experience
