Overview

We are partnering with We The Wild to find a creative and organized Social Media Content Creator to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and plants. You’ll play a vital role in growing their brand presence and connecting with their audience through engaging content.

Compensation: $2,000–$3,000 USD per month

Work Arrangement: Remote (Central Standard Time availability required)

Start Date: Ideally before the end of December

Responsibilities

• Develop and create visually appealing and engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Craft innovative social media ads and compelling posts tailored to the brand's audience.
• Coordinate content creation, including writing briefs for external content creators and managing their submissions.
• Edit and organize content for campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality across platforms.
• Utilize social media scheduling platforms for seamless posting and campaign management.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new strategies for audience engagement and brand growth.
• Ensure alignment with the company’s plant-focused mission and aesthetic.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably for a brand or organization.
• Creativity with a strong sense of aesthetics, including innovative angles, transitions, and edits.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); ability to appear in video content is required.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Organizational skills and self-starter mentality to manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Enthusiasm for plants, with personal experience in plant care or ownership.
• Availability to work during Central Standard Time with some flexibility.
• A portfolio showcasing social media content and campaigns is required for application.
