We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in SAP Ariba Supplier Enablement to lead the onboarding of suppliers, manage comprehensive project plans, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP project management, effective communication skills, and the ability to drive projects independently in a nearshore capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Enablement:
- Manage, coordinate, and drive the full enablement of suppliers, including catalogs and integration in SAP Ariba.
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, SAP Ariba, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate change management activities and execute supplier summits in collaboration with SAP Ariba.
- Project Management:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including working with vendors and managing dependencies.
- Conduct effective meetings, handle change management processes, and prepare weekly reports for project teams, executives, and steering committees.
- Monitor progress on supplier onboarding and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with other functional team members to support successful implementations.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver analysis and presentations outlining expectations, risks, options, project plans, and results for the supplier onboarding process.
- Define and develop work instructions and process documents for supplier enablement.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- 10-14 years of experience in SAP project management, with over 5 years leading projects independently.
- Strong expertise in SAP Ariba Supplier Enablement and ERP implementations.
- SAP core project management skills and experience with project management tools.
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, scope projects, and manage user acceptance testing plans.
- Experience with both in-house and vendor-driven implementations.
- Ability to work during business hours in a nearshore capacity.
- Preferred:
- Experience with SAP S4 modules such as manufacturing, supply chain planning, sourcing and procurement, Ariba, and IBP.
- Proficiency with the Jira project management tool.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies (a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Expertise in preparing project documentation, conducting meetings, and delivering reports to various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba solutions and products.
