Are you an experienced leader in enterprise-wide communications who can strengthen our culture by nurturing our internal audiences and clearly communicating to our external audiences and stakeholders why we’re different? As the Content Marketing Leader for Private Client Services, you will play a player/coach role in shaping our brand's voice and enhancing our marketing efforts through the creation of high-quality content. You will be responsible for developing thought leadership pieces, blog posts, sales enablement tools, email marketing content, internal communications, external communications and social media postings that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.

    • Content Creation: Develop compelling and informative content, including thought leadership articles, blog posts, brochures, flyers, and email marketing campaigns that align with our brand strategy and objectives. 
    • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales enablement tools that support their efforts in engaging clients and prospects. 
    • Social Media Management: Collaborate with our Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to create social media content posting that promotes our services, engages our audience, and enhances our online presence. 
    • Internal and external communications: Collaborate with the Strategic Communications Leader to develop and execute internal and external communications to raise the visibility of the Private Client Service business line. 
    • Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform content strategy and ensure relevance. 
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and subject matter experts, to gather insights and ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals. 
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content across various channels, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement. 
    • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone across all platforms. 
    • Manage the PCS content team.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field. 
    • 8+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role, preferably within the financial services or professional services industry. 
    • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. 
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems. 
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $134,900. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
