About the role

Team Global Express is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team in Karawatha. No qualifications are required – just great Microsoft and Excel skills, a knack for data entry, and a positive attitude!

This is a Monday-Friday role with a morning start at 6am.  

Be part of a crucial operations team that keeps everything moving!

What you’ll do

  • Morning Inbound Trailer Report: Start the day by preparing a comprehensive report of all expected trailers.

  • Dynamic Tracking: Keep our records updated in real-time until all trailers are accounted for.

  • Seamless Integration: Use TollWorks to manage trailer arrivals and unloading efficiently.

  • Clear Communication: Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager and Branch Manager.

  • KPI Management: Use our Inbound Unloading Spreadsheet to monitor unload times and boost operational performance.

  • Enhanced Reporting: Run reports to ensure smooth operations and share updates with the team.

  • Late Trailer Monitoring: Track late inbound trailers and liaise with Linehaul and the control tower.

  • Damage Reporting: Document and report freight damage with photos and clear communication.

What you’ll bring

  • No formal qualifications required – perfect for school leavers or anyone with strong admin and computer skills.

  • Competency using MS Office Suite especially Excel

  • Hands-on training and support to help you succeed.
