Oracle Cloud Absence and Time & Labor functional System Analyst is responsible for working closely with the business partners / business to support and deliver system solutions. This will require a detailed understanding of end-to-end business processes of Oracle Cloud HCM Applications. The person will provide hands-on mentorship on business requirements development, support, system design and delivery. The ideal candidate should have prior Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience, with expertise in implementing Absence modules.

Responsibilities

Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud Absence, Time & Labor modules production systems.
Guide internal team members on design solutions and standard methodologies for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence modules.
Gather business requirements, document those, perform fit-gap analysis, and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
Conduct system configurations, build functional design documents, and develop and document test scripts.
Lead requirement workshops, prototypes, and UAT sessions with the business.
Write functional requirement documents for reports and interfaces.
Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts for all technical components and functional processes and flows.
Support business with the execution of test scripts and resolve issues raised during various implementation phases.
Deliver and conduct end-user training.
Provide status and issue reports to the manager on a periodic basis.

Required Skills

At least 6+ years of implementation/support experience in Oracle HCM Applications.
At least 2 Absence implementations as a functional consultant, with extensive hands-on experience in APAC and US region configurations and implementations.
Deep understanding of detailed Absence configuration flow and structure.
Ability to configure all types of Absence plans, including Accrual, Qualification, No Entitlement, and Compensatory.
Knowledge of work shifts, work schedules, and scheduler profiles.
Hands-on experience in writing fast formulas, including time entry and calculation and Absence Fast formulas.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Time & Labor Configuration is a plus.
Ability to work independently and perform various tasks on assignments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
Experienced in addressing and resolving problems with mature judgment.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
