Context

As part of the Edenred IT Security Operations Team, the PAM (Privileged Access Management) Security Analyst is especially responsible to guarantee the right privileged access lifecycle for all IT applications managed and deployed by Edenred headquarter and business units (BU).

Role description

As part of the IT Security Operations Team your activities will include:

  • To participate in the implementation of the PAM strategy based on the Edenred IT Strategy (Cloud, etc.), security needs, and regulatory requirements
  • To monitor the access review campaigns for privileged accounts as per defined roadmap;
  • Support the creation of methodology, review and support the authorization model (RACI, Role management, rights, etc.) based on security policies;
  • To be part of new projects and prioritize the features expressed by stakeholders and the scopes to be deployed within the PAM solutions;
  • To guarantee a continuous improvement of privileged access processed by integrating PAM with other IAM components;
  • To mentor the end users to ensure that they are trained, and the new usages are accepted and retained (Foster Security Culture);
  • To manage the PAM solutions and the RUN operations;
  • To promote the PAM solutions and provide Business Units with all the information required;
  • To contribute to the PAM solutions to provide expected level of service (SLA);
  • Perform controls on PAM processes.

Required skills and profile

Must have:

  • 3 years of experience in one of the following
    • System administrator (knowledge on using PowerShell commands)
    • Active directory management (Logical Access: accounts creation, applying permissions, segregating duties and maintenance)
  • Experience creating, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring policies, standards, procedures, programs, plans, and processes
  • At least basic knowledge of CyberArk tool (PAM)
  • Experience or will to jump into IT security
  • Structured & organized mindset with practical judgement
  • Good communication skills, listening & understanding, flexibility & teamwork
  • Worker motivation in hierarchical & non-hierarchical organizations, geographically dispersed teams
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools – Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience on working with ticketing tools, in particular JIRA

Nice to have:

  • 2+ year of experience in one or all of the following: IAM (OKTA tool) projects and run or IT Security/IT Audit
  • Certification / Training courses in information security (or related) such IAM or PAM Tools, CISSP, CompTIA Security+
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to information security and privacy (e.g. GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO27001, etc.)
  • Ability to work with PowerShell or VBA scripts

Languages:

  • Mandatory: English (all meetings and deliverables must be in English)
  • Nice to have: Spanish, French or Portuguese.
