• up to 715 PLN net + VAT/MD (B2B) depending on your professional experience

• 50% availability in SSF working hours required

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs and develop a product roadmap that aligns with business goals
• Evaluate current processes and information flows related to HCP and Site enrollment for Clinical Trials to identify key business value drivers
• Partner with Business Analysts, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to assess current systems, identify gaps, and propose process harmonizations, future data and analytics design, and overall approach for the workstream
• Define and design the future data model for site intelligence, ensuring data quality, integrity, and alignment across stakeholders, while adhering to Clinical Data Standards
• Map out the information flows and integrations needed for the centralized Site Intelligence analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data exchange between systems

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following reporting tools: Tableau, Tibco Spotfire
• Experience with Business Objects XI (Web Intelligence, Desktop Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Designer, Information Design Tool, Xcelcius, etc)
• Ability to design and prototype BI solutions based on business requirements
• Basic knowledge about data storage (eg. relational databases) how to access them, how to query data, how to join the data from different sources, basic modelling knowledg
• Knowledge (at least some level of awareness) about UX and usability within BI area ( eg. how certain data are best visualized, how to build a usable dashboard)
• Good knowledge of SQL
• English at least at B2 level

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience with the Veeva Clinical Vault Platform strongly preferred
