Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly creative Social Media Video Editor (and/or producer) to join our team to help transform our brand and social media as a channel. Leveraging your experience in creating social first content, you will power our brand creative through an exciting stage of growth in the paid social and feed-based entertainment spaces. This is a 3 month fixed term contract project role and will be remote in Poland.

The role and things you’ll be working on:

The main focus of the role is to create video assets for our paid social media strategy across TikTok, Meta and YouTube. Working as a key member of our production team, you’ll be able to ideate, work with colleagues to secure footage, and then constantly make evolving video content.


You’ll have a “let’s hack it mindset” thinking about how we take our story to market, evolve our visual style and work with our Paid Social Media Manager to understand effectiveness: what is working, what doesn’t and how we constantly test and evolve our approach.

You will be joining a growing team in the midst of us expanding our digital footprint. There is tremendous growth happening and you’ll be right in the middle of it. Your mission is to continually evolve and execute the creative side of a brand paid social strategy that not only meets but surpasses our expectations. You’ll be in the heart of our brand team, working hand-in-hand with our paid social manager, influencer squad and senior brand marketing managers to deliver top ROAS and brand connection with millions of travellers across Europe.


You will bring:

  • At least 3 years editing and creating social media video content, specifically for paid advertising formats. Someone with a showreel and voice.
  • Ability to edit and ideate quickly, to turn around the high volume of assets required each month. (INT editor note: You may have worked in a live tv environment where each ‘shift’ you had to make multiple creatives on deadline).
  • Skills to edit down longer content, take in influencer content and translate for brands and be able to magic up creative from multiple source material e.g. five second video clips and statics.
  • Previous experience editing primarily for paid social media campaigns and organic social (Meta, TikTok, Youtube). Some editing on our website may be necessary occasionally.
  • Innovative mindset, supporting the brand team in ideating and creating concepts.
  • Strong creative voice, able to share what is working, what’s not and what we need more of.
  • Strong English language skills, German would also be great, but not a dealbreaker.
  • Attention to detail to ensure videos meet editorial, ethical and legal standards and are in line with our brand and tone of voice.
  • Data-driven mindset to work with the Paid Social Manager to analyse data and implement new strategies in order to improve performance.
