We’re looking for a full-time Head of Strategy & Operations Manager to join our remote marketing agency team. In this role, you will lead strategy and operations to help clients achieve impressive book sales.


🎯 Mission for Head of Strategy & Operations Manager


You're in charge of strategy and operations to ensure client success and drive results.


Focus on creating simple, effective systems that boost client growth and team performance. With full ownership, you’ll optimize workflows, manage budgets, and prioritize tasks to achieve measurable outcomes.

🏆 Outcomes


  • Grow the average revenue per client by 30% by end of 2025.
  • Ensure monthly invoicing per client grows by at least 10% quarter over quarter.
  •  Increase client retention to 90% by the end of 2025.
  • Maintain client satisfaction scores over 9/10.
  • Create detailed workflows for each marketing platform, including time estimates for task completion, by the end of Q2 2025,
  • Streamline Operations by reducing redundant steps and increasing execution speed by at least 20% within the first year.
  • Set and monitor 3 key operational KPIs for the team by the end of the first quarter.


📋 Responsibilities


Strategic Planning

  • Set monthly KPIs to improve client performance.
  • Develop actionable monthly and weekly plans detailing strategic priorities and implementation steps.
  • Create tasks and providing clear direction and monitoring progress.


Operational Strategy Execution

  • Plan and execute the agency’s operational strategy to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Introduce innovative tools and processes to enhance client satisfaction and team efficiency.
  • Ensure the entire team is aligned and working together smoothly.


Optimizing Operational Systems and Processes

  • Oversee and improve internal systems to ensure the efficient delivery of services.
  • Implement best practices to scale operations as the agency grows.
  • Streamline workflows for maximum productivity and effectiveness.


Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Make key hiring and staffing decisions, support team needs, and resolve any obstacles to performance.
  • Ensure the operations teams receive the necessary help and tools to excel in their work.
  • Advocate for them or resolve any issues that hinder their progress.
  • Hold the team accountable to high standards of performance and execution.


Client Objectives and Budget Management

  • Ensure client objectives are met by delivering exceptional results and maintaining satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage budgets to protect both client profitability and the agency’s financial health.
