Job Summary:

Join micro1 as an AI Tutor - Japanese and play a pivotal role in advancing AI technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality, accurately labeled data in Japanese to enhance our AI models. This is a remote, full-time, temporary position lasting up to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize proprietary software to input and label data for designated projects entirely in Japanese.
• Ensure the delivery of top-tier curated data, emphasizing Japanese language nuances.
• Collaborate on the design of annotation tools to enhance efficiency in Japanese-specific data handling.
• Participate in various writing projects to improve our generative AI models, focusing on Japanese data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native proficiency in Japanese; candidates originally from Japan or those who have spent considerable time there are preferred.
• Excellent command of the Japanese language, both spoken and written, across informal and professional contexts.
• Strong research skills with the ability to navigate various information sources in Japanese.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills, particularly in a Japanese cultural context.
• Expert-level reading comprehension in Japanese and the ability to make informed judgments with limited data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in technical writing, journalism, or professional writing focusing on Japanese content.
