Job description

Logical Media Group, a digital marketing agency based in Chicago, is seeking a Contract Digital Marketing Recruiter to support our hiring needs on an as-needed basis, particularly during transitions such as maternity leave. This contractor will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, managing the process from sourcing to hiring, and ensuring we hire top-tier talent for our internal teams.

We are looking for a professional with prior experience recruiting for digital marketing roles, someone who understands the nuances of this industry and can deliver exceptional results in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Logical’s entire recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and understand role requirements.
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates with expertise in the digital marketing space using various tools and platforms.
  • Review resumes and conduct in-depth phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Regularly update hiring managers and the hiring team on pipeline progress and next steps.
  • Create compelling job postings that align with Logical’s employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Provide well-documented candidate evaluations to support hiring decisions.

About You:

  • You have previous experience recruiting for digital marketing roles, including paid media, SEO, content strategy, and related positions.
  • You are experienced in managing full-cycle recruitment processes and can independently deliver high-quality results.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • You are resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously.
  • You excel at providing clear communication and creating an exceptional candidate experience.
  • You are adaptable, organized, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
