Job requirements:

Responsible for multiple accounts
Ensure customer Management Information is provided
Provide guidance to IM and IC team
Responsibility for overall P&L for assigned customers/accounts
Input to customer RFIs/RFPs
Revenue and cost forecasting
Ensure customer invoicing is submitted for approval by customer and trigger invoicing
Ensure supplier POs are raised and that supplier billing is forecast and approved
Set customer pricing independently
Awareness of overall TS customer activity and consequent resource requirements
Input to cost-saving initiatives
Input to Business Development initiatives
Deputises for Progamme Manager
Identified under succession plan for Programme Manager
