Job description

We are revolutionizing the attack on cancer—and we are passionate about helping you harness its power. We strike tumors on a molecular level using biomarkers to link specific mutations to specific treatments. We combine deep science with deep data from advanced technological platforms, then layer on specialized expertise in the design and execution of targeted, adaptive clinical trials. Ultimately, we deliver robust insights that inform real-time decisions—and optimize the oncology development pathway.

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Patient Engagement Strategy Director.  As Patient Engagement Strategy Director you will be a core member of the expert team within the Feasibility Department of Precision for Medicine. You will play a critical role in developing patient engagement strategies to optimize clinical trial participation, retention, and compliance. Proposal Development:

  • Lead the development of patient engagement proposals and budgets for new business opportunities.
  • Ensure proposals are tailored to meet client needs and highlight the organization’s patient engagement capabilities.

Feasibility Assessment:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient feasibility assessments to understand potential barriers that patients and care partners may face when considering clinical trial participation on specific studies.
  • Build strategies that proactively address barriers, informing study design and planning.

Strategic Planning:

  • Identify and leverage innovative approaches to enhance patient and care partner trial access and experience, striving for health equity.
  • Develop patient engagement strategies to optimize patient recruitment, retention, and compliance in clinical trials.

  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, workshops, and other forums to promote patient engagement initiatives.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform patient engagement strategies and feasibility assessments.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient engagement initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in patient engagement practices.

Skills and Qualifications:
