Job Title: Senior Applications Developer
Compensation: $115,000 - $165,000 per year
Location: Hybrid in Omaha, NE or Remote

The job:

As a Senior Applications Developer, you'll be building solutions that help our customers manage projects more efficiently and solve real-world problems. You’ll also be a go-to mentor for junior developers, guiding them while making sure we deliver top-notch, reliable software. 
 

What you will do:  

• Design, develop, and maintain software that helps construction businesses tackle real-world problems. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and turn them into practical software solutions. 
• Build reliable, scalable software that helps customers work smarter (not harder).
• Review code, debug issues, test, and ensure quality in everything we build.
• Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies so we don’t fall behind.
• Share your expertise with junior developers, guiding them as they grow in their careers.
• Contribute to our agile process by actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. 
   

Who you are and what you need:  

• 4 years of experience in software development, with solid skills in at least one programming language (C#, Java, .Net, etc.).
• You know Agile development like the back of your hand. 
• Experience mentoring junior developers and sharing your wisdom (and maybe a few coding jokes). 
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and system architecture.
• Great communication skills for collaborating with all kinds of teams. 
• Bonus points for experience with cloud technologies, CI/CD, and version control systems.
