Job description

We’re looking for someone with a strong customer focus to join our amazing team of skilled Customer Service Specialists and launch your career in a growing industry! Location: Remote, United States 

 

What You’ll Do:                

  • Address incoming requests from new and existing customers as it relates to billing, account management, and general customer service 
  • Assist customers while expanding your technical knowledge
  • Assess customer needs, educate the customer about their account, and document interactions through contact tracking
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through genuine care for our customer’s success
  • Provide service and support to guarantee successful customer onboarding and retention 
  • Use technical skills to provide troubleshooting for websites, email and domain names 
  • Assist customers over the phone, via live chat, and through email in a friendly and professional manner 
  • Use problem solving skills to resolve issues in the best interest of both the customer and the company
  • Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience

Ideal Candidates Have:

  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with genuine care for customers
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to resolve issues from customers and leave them with a positive experience
  • General technical aptitude and the interest in learning new technologies
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or helpdesk environment, customer service/retention or help desk capacity preferred
  • Experience creating or hosting websites preferred


The pay rate for this position is $15 hourly plus additional performance bonuses.
