Wireline Provisioning Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager – Wireline Provisioning to join our dynamic team and oversee the end-to-end management of wireline provisioning orders.

Position Overview:
 The Project Manager – Wireline Provisioning is responsible for managing the lifecycle of wireline provisioning projects, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to meet provisioning requirements, resolve issues, and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee wireline provisioning orders, ensuring adherence to project timelines and client requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Coordination & Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors regarding wireline provisioning projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, and Operations) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate project status updates, milestones, and issue resolutions to stakeholders regularly.
• Order Management:
  • Review and process wireline provisioning orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service agreements.
  • Track orders from submission to completion, addressing any delays or escalations.
  • Maintain detailed records of order status and documentation.
• Vendor Management:
  • Work closely with telecom carriers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Manage timelines and resolve discrepancies in service delivery.
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance provisioning processes for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement best practices and contribute to the development of standardized workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within telecom provisioning or TEM.
• Strong understanding of wireline provisioning processes, including order submission, tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and systems.
• PMP certification or similar credentials (preferred).
