As the Area Sales Manager at Endotronix, you will play a pioneering role in driving the adoption and growth of our groundbreaking CHFS. You will lead the charge in establishing Endotronix’s presence in Houston, Texas within the healthcare community, forging strong relationships with Heart Failure (HF) clinicians and key stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to spearhead the commercial success of a transformative technology.

  • Territory Management and Customer Engagement

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Seasoned expertise: You bring 6+ years of medical device sales experience in cardiac or interventional cardiology, driven by a passion to impact healthcare. You have demonstrated experience in cardiac/cath lab cases, showing a deep understanding of the field.
  • Motivation to make a difference: Highly motivated and dedicated to helping others and you thrive on meaningful contributions.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills: Your outstanding written, verbal, and listening skills facilitate clear connections with diverse stakeholders. You are proficient in presenting new technologies and therapies in clinical trial settings.
  • Influence and Relationship building: You possess strong leadership abilities, driving teams towards shared objectives with strategic decision-making skills. You are known for building robust relationships and you can connect effortlessly across functions and levels, including with key physicians.
  • Integrity and ethics: You operate with unwavering integrity, embodying the highest ethical standards.
  • Travel readiness: You embrace up to 60% travel, seizing opportunities to engage face-to-face with stakeholders.
  • Versatile Team Player: You thrive both independently and collaboratively, balancing autonomy with effective teamwork.
     

EDUCATION

  • BA/BS required; Master’s/MBA preferred
