What’s in Store 

We're on the lookout for a Project Support Specialist. As a Project Support Special you will provide critical administrative, operational, and project management support during the integration of newly acquired companies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and the successful realization of integration objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to manage multiple priorities, and a keen interest in M&A processes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of M&A integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Help coordinate schedules, resources, and stakeholder communications.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between integration teams, senior leadership, and other departments. Ensure timely and clear communication regarding project status, milestones, and risks.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for integration projects, including project plans, timelines, action items, and meeting notes. Provide regular updates and reports on progress to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Monitor integration activities and identify potential issues or risks. Assist in developing and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Process Support: Help standardize and streamline integration processes, ensuring best practices are followed across projects. Support the development of templates, tools, and systems for managing integrations efficiently.
  • Data Management: Support the tracking and consolidation of key metrics and data related to the integration process, ensuring accurate reporting and decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams such as HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment and smooth execution of integration activities.
  • Change Management: Assist in the development and communication of change management strategies to ensure smooth employee transitions and the successful blending of organizational cultures.

This role is a full-time, remote position up to 10% Travel.

Your Expertise, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience in project management, business operations, or M&A integration support. Prior exposure to M&A processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities  
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills 
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills 
  • Prior experience in the Insurance and Financial Services sector, advantageous 
  • Prior experience in a multinational company, advantageous
  • Experience of utilizing Project Management methodologies – Prince, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, black belt, PMP, MOP, MSP, ITIL, advantageous
