Job description

Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

Are you an exceptional product leader who can drive strategy and deliver results? We want to hear from you! As the Global Go-To-Market Manager for the Adobe Success plans team, you play a key role in developing the offerings for Adobe Success plans coordinated go-to-market strategy.

This leader develops the right offerings and add-ons, formulates the pricing strategy, analyzes portfolio performance, and recommends improvements. Working with customer engineering, technical account managers, field engineers, customer success and sales teams, we need you to build a profitable business model with a focus on customer success and value realization. As a team member, you help craft the positioning and messaging for the offer portfolio by supporting the product marketing team. Crucial: Attention to detail is essential, as is a strong dedication to delivering work of the highest quality. The candidate should also possess the ability to understand and effectively communicate the benefits of technical features.

The environment is fast-paced, upbeat, high growth, and highly collaborative. This person actively participates in the creation and execution of products, offers and programs. The right candidate seeks opportunities to be strategic, own their business, and bring stakeholders together to produce results.

What you’ll do:

  • Offers and programs: Create, manage, and measure effective Adobe Success plans solving real customer problems in ways that drive product adoption, customer success, and value realization.
  • Identify and intake new opportunities. Build the argument and gather requirements as the customer advocate. Help coordinate the standard bill of materials, including scope and statement of work. Refresh offers to drive down costs and bring in efficiencies. Prioritize the roadmap for your line of business with a strong 1-2 year vision.
  • Get results: Take initiatives from conception to completion; tackle sophisticated problems in what can be at times an ambiguous environment; lead and influence cross functional teams like Legal, Marketing, IT and Customer Care; oversee portfolio offerings world-wide; provide insights and encourage standard methodologies; present strategy to key influencers and senior leadership.
  • Offer intelligence: Be the authority on the buyers and users of your offers. Use data (quantitative and qualitative) to form hypotheses and shape your portfolio strategy.
  • Product expertise: Understand deeply how Adobe products are licensed, branded and consumed by customers. Work with product teams, learn the license roadmap and how new products and features may impact your offers.
  • Marketing support and sales enablement: partner with product marketing to develop customer programs and incentives. Support sales enablement by communicating the value proposition of your services.
  • Work in partnership with other Product Managers, Engineering, Business Development, Developer Relations, Evangelism, Market Research and Partners to translate business needs into product requirements and integrate those into product/service development plans.

Background and Experience

  • 6+ years of product management experience in support services, professional services, or software. Experience in product marketing is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Strong communication skills suited for written or verbal presentations at different levels of the organization; rally people around a vision with both local and remote teams.
  • Robust analytical abilities to gather customer insights, identify market opportunities, and make data-driven decisions for the direction of the portfolio and GTM.
  • Deep knowledge of customer needs and competitive situation. Ability to apply this knowledge to develop clear product / feature plans.
  • Proven leadership and management skills. Ability to plan, organize, negotiate, and establish priorities to achieve results.
  • Demonstrable track record of relevant accomplishments.
  • Hard-working, dedicated, well-organized; able to effectively balance multiple priorities and ambitious business goals.
  • Able to clearly articulate technical solutions to internal and external audiences.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies quickly.
  • Willing to travel two to three times annually.
