This is a fully remote position.
Position Purpose: Provides compliance support to the People Team, supporting a mature oversight culture in compliance with Federal, state and local employment regulations.
- Analyze employee and candidate data to identify trends and determine recommendations.
- Conduct employment-related monitoring and audit procedures to ensure compliance with Federal, State and local regulations.
- Support processes to maintain standardized and consistent records and documentation related to employee and candidate files.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of human resources experience. Working knowledge of HR auditing practices and knowledge of Federal, State local laws governing employment practices. Experience supporting an enterprise background check program preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred.
The pay range is $67.400 to $121,300.
