Job Title: Lead Implementation Engineer, Optimization

Compensation: $110,00 to $145,000

Adswerve is looking for a Lead Implementation Engineer, Optimization to join the Adobe team! The Lead Implementation Engineer, Optimization will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Adobe Target as well as other optimization solutions for clients. This technical expert will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless implementations and build personalized experiences that align with clients’ business goals. The role requires extensive hands-on expertise with Adobe Target, client-facing communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and testing strategies.

Responsibilities

Implementation & Technical Setup

  • Implement Adobe Target solutions on client websites, ensuring compliance with technical and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to validate WebSDK and ensure accurate code deployment.
  • Design and configure test frameworks based on client goals and optimization strategies.

Optimization Execution

  • Build and execute tests within Adobe Target to deliver measurable business outcomes, partnering with team members where necessary
  • Provide additional requirements for data collection to ensure the impact of each test is clearly measured 
  • Showcase testing and optimization results, emphasizing their business impact.

Client Engagement/Consulting

  • Act as the technical lead on client calls when discussing Adobe Target implementation or updates.
  • Provide clients with actionable testing recommendations and clear, data-driven insights.
  • Deliver occasional Adobe Target demos and training.
  • A minimum of 1,300 client hours that count towards an active Client Project in Harvest. 
  • Foster client satisfaction by delivering high-quality, timely results.
  • Derive action items and next steps from conversations with clients that further their technical solutions in alignment with their business and program strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive internal and client-facing notes, documenting action items, deadlines, and project contexts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Optimization Leads, Strategy Leads, and Project Managers to align tactical execution with strategic direction.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other engineers around optimization best practices and implementation setup. 
  • Use Asana to manage tasks, provide status updates, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use Slack and emails to proactively communicate and collaborate with involved team members on assigned clients and projects. 
Experience
  • Minimum of 8+ years in optimization, implementation, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Target, including building tests and working with Launch/Tags.
  • Knowledge of optimization tools and testing frameworks.
  • Ability to lead and troubleshoot technical implementations.
  • Adobe Target Master (Architect) certification preferred.
  • Expert-level experience with Adobe Target and familiarity with other optimization tools.
  • Proficient in Asana for task management and project collaboration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions, where needed.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

This position pays a base salary of $110,00 to $145,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
