LastPass is looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager:

In this role, you will develop strategy and drive the execution of global, thematic campaigns targeted at our primary markets. You will also manage the delineation of campaigns across regional, customer, and partner marketing teams. With campaign responsibilities directly tied to revenue, this position will have an immediate and lasting impact on the company's lead generation and pipeline creation results.

About the team:

The global campaign marketing team is responsible for generating pipeline and sales opportunities for our B2B prospects through the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company’s messaging, positioning, and key business initiatives.

If you are passionate about complex problem solving and motivated by scale, then this is the role for you!

Who will you work with?

Global Campaign Marketing is an integral part of the revenue engine at LastPass. You will work alongside a team of campaign marketers who work remotely and are located across multiple regions, collaborating closely with other functional areas within Demand Generation: Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Customer Marketing. You will also align directly with the sales team and other marketing departments.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Drive cross-functional efforts in the development and execution of comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and core initiatives.
  • Deliver quarterly global end-to-end plans for assigned campaign themes, including strategy, messaging, segmentation, event plans, content plans, tactics, budget, performance KPIs, sales enablement plans, and rollout plans/calendars.
  • Plan, build, and deliver impactful global marketing campaigns and programs across the stages of the sales cycle: lead generation, opportunity creation, deal movement, and deal closure. Support the buying journey with compelling storytelling at each stage.
  • Apply global brand, product, and competitive messaging to campaign themes to engage buyers throughout the buying journey.
  • Use a data-driven approach to continuously optimize campaigns, leveraging analytics and insights to refine strategies.
  • Support lead qualification efforts by BDRs and Sales Representatives through campaign training, reporting, sales tools, and office hours.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop and deliver global campaign training, sales enablement tools, and message maps for all campaigns.
  • Responsible for global campaign-level KPIs, including leads, MCLs, MQLs, pipeline, bookings, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, etc.
  • Align with Marketing Analytics, Sales Ops, Partner Ops, and Marketing Operations teams to ensure lead scoring, attribution, lead flow, and follow-up SLAs achieve the desired outcomes.

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • You love data and systems. You relentlessly pursue accuracy in reporting campaign performance data and attribution throughout the lead lifecycle.
  • You enjoy working with people. You have been told you're a people person. You are able to motivate and inspire, while also listening to others' perspectives and finding new and innovative ways to collaborate across teams.
  • You focus on the customer throughout their entire journey. You cultivate a deep understanding of our target market: their needs, preferences, and pain points, as well as their journeys and lifecycle stages, and apply this knowledge to global marketing strategies and tactics.
  • You are a strategic thinker. You are skilled at translating business goals into effective marketing. You enjoy a culture of measured experimentation and constant learning, and you do not limit yourself to what has been done before.
  • You have a knack for communication. You can break down marketing terminology into language that cross-functional stakeholders will understand. You are influential and decisive while also being collaborative and accommodating. You understand the goals and objectives of key functional departments and can translate your strategies into terms that resonate with them.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments. You have worked in tech and excel at adapting to changing market conditions, competitive pressures, operational shifts, and more. You balance the importance of having plans and structure with the flexibility to pivot in response to change.
  • You build high-impact programs for scale, focusing on quick conversions and expanding successful programs.

It's great, but not required:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced cybersecurity firm.
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce.com, PathFactory, LeanData, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Monday.com (or Asana, Wrike, etc.), and other marketing tech tools.
  • Previous roles in demand generation or campaign marketing.
  • Experience marketing to IT leaders in SMB and mid-market companies.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
