The Opportunity

Simpplr is looking for a data-driven, growth-focused Digital Advertising Manager (Search & Display) to lead hands-on management and execution of paid search and display campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and additional paid channels. In this role, you’ll focus on driving pipeline growth for both Enterprise and Commercial segments through strategic SEM initiatives. You'll be joining a dynamic, fast-growing company with a collaborative and fun team culture. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing within the Growth Marketing team.

Your Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
  • Paid Search: Manage and optimize our Paid Search advertising across Google Ads and Bing Ads and drive pipeline and meetings for the Sales team.
  • LinkedIn Ads: Run ads across LinkedIn toward Enterprise accounts with a primary focus on driving pipeline and a secondary focus on branding.
  • Display & Other Ad Channels: Directly manage Google Display Network (GDN) and additional ad channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report weekly on performance using Google Analytics, SFDC, and insights from paid channels. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Develop forecasts and budgets, driving and executing spend optimization decisions rapidly.
  • Experimentation: Run continuous A/B tests and report out on results on a monthly basis. Optimize across key levers like bidding, creatives, landing pages, ad copy, audience targeting, and keywords to unlock growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Designers, Copywriters, Web Dev, SDRs, Product Marketing, and fellow growth marketing team members to achieve pipeline growth.
What makes you a great fit for the team:
  • Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing within B2B SaaS, and 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • ROI-Focused Mindset: Proven track record of driving pipeline, sales meetings and customer generation, going beyond just lead generation.
  • Tools Expertise: Expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Google Analytics, 6sense, and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions. Needs to have advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic modeling.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
