Job description

As a CRM Copywriter you’ll play an integral role in our growing company. We’re seeking a talented and versatile CRM Copywriter to join our CRM squad and craft compelling, customer-focused content that drives engagement and conversions. 

In this role, you’ll shape the tone and messaging across all CRM touchpoints, ensuring our communications are impactful, on-brand, and tailored to audience needs. If you’re passionate about making a difference in women’s health, this role is for you! 🌸

What You’ll Be Doing 🌟

  • Write persuasive and engaging copy for CRM campaigns, including onboarding, nurture, retention, and referral emails.
  • Collaborate with the Senior CRM Manager, Designer, and Executive to create cohesive, high-performing customer journeys.
  • Develop messaging that align with campaign objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure consistency in tone of voice and brand guidelines across all CRM touchpoints.

You will be working and reporting directly to our Senior CRM Manager - Melanie Nordman. You’ll also work with the growth and marketing team, our Founders and across our whole business.

Flexibility in this Role

We are looking for someone to work with us for between 16 and 24 hours per week.  We’re flexible in terms of what this looks like, our operating hours are between 8am and 6pm from Monday to Friday so as long as your hours fit into this time slot we can make it work - whether it’s 5 short days, 2 longer days or anything in between!
