Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST

Role
 Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and emotionally resilient Remote Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling and confirming appointments, and performing various administrative tasks. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong project management skills, the ability to learn and apply new technology, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents.
    • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling and confirming appointments.
    • Work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Assist with project management tasks, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
    • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Document procedures and create guides to ensure consistency and ease of use for other team members.
    • Learn and apply new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Provide excellent problem-solving solutions and support to the team.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and organize events as needed.
    • Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and presentations.
    • Maintain emotional stability and professionalism in the face of customers and partners of all emotional states.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 

Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to learn and apply new technology quickly.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High level of emotional intelligence and resilience.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to document procedures clearly and concisely.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience working remotely.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
    • Experience with social media management for B2B companies.
    • Proficiency in Spanish.
    • Previous experience managing other remote employees.
