We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Solutions Engineer to provide specialised ERP support to our clients. This is more than just a role; it's an opportunity to shape the future of our company by working hand in hand with our customers to provide exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional technical support to our customers across the globe, focusing on escalated issues and complex inquiries.

  • Work collaboratively with customers to smoothly facilitate our AP automation solution, ensuring a smooth and successful deployment.

  • Assist customers with technical configurations and ongoing maintenance of the platform.

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of ERP integrations and provide support to customers utilizing those integrations.

  • Document technical solutions and maintain clear knowledge base articles.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Success, Technology) to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the platform

  • Be open to learning and adapting to support potential future integrations and advanced functionalities.
